One day, there was a suicide mystery, cops were on the case. They found out that he jumped off the 10th story of a 10 story building.

On his descent, he got a bullet to the head at the 8th floor. What he didn't know is that he wouldn't have been successful because there were painters and there was a net on the 7th floor just in case.

So now this was a murder mystery. They went to the room and there was an old man and an old lady. The man said that he pointed a shotgun at her wife. He always did, but he never loaded it. It was just to set her straight.

Now they were trying to find out who loaded the gun and he would be charged. There were no whitnesses or serveilance cameras around to see, until they found someone who saw the old people's son, gary corey load the gun.

It seemed that his parents had cut their son's funding short. You see, his parents were rich. And he got angry, and he knew the extent to which his father would go, as to the shotgun.

Now they were trying to find Gary Corey and he would be charged. Gary Corey was dead. He jumped off the 10th story of a building to be shot at the 8th floor. He was the suicide victim

You see, his plan had failed after so many months, he was going broke, so he jumped off the 10th story of the building, where at the 8th floor he was shot in the head by a gun that he had loaded.

SO: Did he commit suicide? I mean, he wasnt going to die because of the net
OR: Did he kill himself? He wasnt going to die, but he was going to be charged with murder for loading the gun.

Technically it doesnt make a difference who loaded the gun, whoever fired it will be charged with involutary manslaughter. Thats pretty much the law...course, nowadays I guess that all depends on which country you live in
