There have been alot of changes in guild wars related to the introducton of Factions.
There are changes to many skills - it looks like some key water magic spells got a boost and the rules for MMs changed a bit.
Armor has changed - but dont worry, they will give you a way to update your existing armor in the near future.
Treasure drops have been changed - There will be a greater separation between blue, purple and gold items. Also magic armors will now always give: blue = minor rune, purple = major rune and gold = superior rune.
You might want to take a few minutes and get onto guildwars.com and go to the changes section and read the updates from the last week or so.
