When all members get to Rank 2 Acard will be given out...This card will be determind by the time and date that your rank was gained...you will get a card according to that week..if in the week you gain that rank is the same week and time that a new deck came out ..then you will recieve a card from that new pack...and if it is the week after a pack has come out..then you will recieve a card from the week just past.. :P
