I HAD LOST THE DUEL..NO CARD ON FIELD AND OPPONENT WAS A LEVEL 8 GUNSLINGER WITH A VORSE AND FLIPPED SLATE....I HAD ONLY 3000LPS AND HE COULD HAVE KILLED ME OFF.....BUT NO HE WAITED 4 TURNS...(I HAD ONLY MAGIC CARDS!NOTHING GOOD!)BUT ON 5TH TURN HE MONSTER REBORN,CALL OF HAUNTED, AND GOT OUT 1 VORSE AND A GEMINI AND THEN ADDED UNITED WE STAND!!!! THE SLATE WAS 5400 ATK LIKE THIS WAS TOTAL UNNESSERY..I HAD LOST THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY HE TYPES"YOU LOOSE!" NO sH*t i thought,,,,i thought it was totally unnessery...dont get me wrong im not a bad loser i havent won a duel in over 4 months so it not the loosing part but the total mallious un spoirtman like conduct or am i wrong?

That is a great example for unsportsman like conduct a similar thing happened to me yesterday when i was in an other loby which i dont want to name but my opponent called beud and used megamorph on it, i had like 4200 life points, nothing on the field except 1 facedown card (mirror force), than used premature to get his jinzo out than used monster reborn and summoned a slate and eguipped it with axe of despair. I was thinking wow nice combo he waited for the right moment to wipe me off you know cause i dont use many equip cards in my deck to power up my monster and i didnt mind cause never the less everything u activate or summon gets into your profile i am not sure what kind of effect it really has on anything but i didnt mind he was pulling a nice combo overall but finally he did the last thing which ruined everything he did in my eyes first he typed TIME to Die, than die and i was about to write good game. 8)

Hey
I agree with both of you guys. I find it pointless and really irritating if you know you're beat and they know you're beat and instead of ending it, they summon more monsters power them up with effect cards, and then they taunt you with nasty comments! COme on guys get a grip! If that makes you feel good then you're obviously compensating for something, maybe an inferiority complex maybe something else, use your imagination. Take the win in good style and don't go for the overkill, people will respect you more and you'll get a better rating, at least from me. :Prohibited:

I've had that happen to me several times not only the overkill but they rate you as poor after the fact. So i give it to them back i rate them as poor cause if some one is going to go overkill when you have -0- cards whether magic. trap or monsters thats just plain rude and absurd.

ok i've said my piece and glad to know there are others out there who feel the same way

I have to say I agree with all of you in the case of overkill. Although on several occasions I have called up additional monsters and equipped them in order to have more than enough attack pionts to put my opponent away in case they had a Koriboh in their hand . I have never taunted anyone or prolonged their agony though, and I always give exellent ratings unless my opponent is a jerk as you have said.

I fought a level 8 - and got the right cards at the right time (I was lucky)
and JUST as I was about to win - he disconnected.

Man - I've been beat up pretty bad at times, and as long as the other person isn't a jerk - I accept my defeat with good sportsmanship.

This guy didn't have the courage/sportsmanship.

I took a screen-print of the WIN/LOSE screen for posterity, tho. Beating a level 8 - no matter HOW lucky you get is pretty good. :)

yes i agree people who dissconnect on purpose are sore losers. I am online now if you would like a good fun duel.

but if they disconnect u won cards and they don't, also on their profile will record it! it isn't good as they think it is!

i hate it when you draw the exact card u need when you need it so that you win, and they type to you

"you topdecker"

this happened to me, it was an awesome duel, and he says u topdecker, i cant control what the gamer gives me....

and u have nothing in hand and they boost the atk up to 900+ with
eqipt cards..lol wat drives me nuts

lol tiger, i cant exactly control what the game gives me. is this topdecking:

i have 2water monsters on the field. and they are 600atk points short, and i get umikura.

lol, according to u that would be, but its not like when u get it u can say to the game, i dont want that card, give me a new one.
