Ranma, there seems to be something wrong with your gamertag, when I tried adding you as a friend on xboxlive, it as me to see support, I think you need to log into your account and update it or something.

Also your other gamertag darkmanx4699 does not exist, check your gamertag and see if it is correct or if there is any errors or something wrong with your account.
