ok after doing mission i end up at headge of denravi

the reason being, what was explained to me, is that in beta and release the servers kept booting peeps and screwing with inventory. so as a result they placed 3 differnet toons there to compensate.. i have no idea if that is true or not but it is what i was told by anet staff in game. It has to due with code fluctuations they said..??? i am lost after that..lol

Obviously it is one to talk to people at the counter and the other 2 to run packages back and forth to the vaults...


Another reason they have added more of some NPCs in some areas is people get blocked coming from certain directions.
