It is a thread on a major GW fan site with multiple people thanking him for the build directory.

It is a zip file with nothing to execute. I am not aware of a zip file being able to transmit anything; you would have to run something inside the zip file. If it was a self extracting archive I would be very suspicious.

Builds are just text strings and there is no executable so there is nothing there to use to transmit anything.

Thats my understanding of computer security, you judge for yourself.

This library of build is especially important for people who are casual PvP or new to Pvp so you dont sound like a NooB asking "what skills for that build" when a HA or GvG team is being built.
