Present Situation
Now i'm going tell you about the situation which we are in right now!
On February, 17th 2007 we got a sudden visit by police and other people (medical police officer, newspaper, etc.) just to check if everything is ok with us at our house.
My mother, Karin D. (43) wasn't there during that time, because she went to town for shopping like she does everyday.
During that time the police and those other people checked every rooms and were asking questions to us, but they didn't tell us what this visit was all about and who sent them.
They also didn't park at our house, but somewhere else and just climbed above the fence which were locked (because my mum was having the key for it)!
Later on when my mother came home she didn't know that we were having a sudden visit, suddenly she was attacked by the police and those other people.
She told (or yelled to) them right away to leave because she was fearing about that they would hurt her, from earlier experiences in the past (where the police brutally hit out her tooth and other things...)!
After then, they threatened to her that they are going to call an ambulance and force her to get to a mental institution against her will!
My mother got into panic because of this and tryed to escape, but the police (and those other people) encircled her and brutally hit her on the ground and on the fence, so she started to scream loudly!
She took many bruises because of that cruel action made by them!
Then after the ambulance came, she was brutally bounded on a "litter" and brought away into that mental instituation to Klagenfurt (Carinthia), which she already was before!
My grandmother (Erika H.), my brother (Manuel D.) and I (Gerald D.) were quite shocked because my mother was a victim of a big crime made by those people!
On the same evening the police and those other people came again and checked on my brother's health and also got a visit from the "head" of the "youth welfare office of Villach"!
He was mentioning that my brother will be going to school on the following monday (which didn't happen) and he was also scared of my question, which was about why my brother was not allowed to go to school for three years!
No answer of that question because the "youth welfare office of Villach" made themselves blamable "to smother this fact", which is no right to go to school for three years!
Right after that they went away and it finally became silent for that horrible day.
About 1 1/2 weeks past by and i've planned to seek help from the public (on the internet) to bring up this "scandal" and our whole case over here in Austria.
But on March, 1st 2007 we got another sudden visit by police and "youth welfare office of Villach" early in the morning!
I just wanted to go sleep because i was up all night, but they were just knocking on each window:
So I got scared and fell out of my bed and my shin got injured very bad, but this is not important right now.
Meanwhile that time, my brother was forced by the "youth welfare office of Villach" to go with them (for no good reasons)!
So he ended up in a mental instituation for children (same as I was twice before) and is also forced to visit a school for mentally handicaped children and probably gets medication (which is injurious to health) as well!
In my eyes the "youth welfare office of Villach" just kidnapped my younger brother, or just unnessecary "ripped him out" of his beloved family!
Besides we aren't allowed to have any contact with him and he is just cruelly locked up with no freedom either!
Somebody of our Friends visited him and found him in a very bad condition including "nostalgic" and many tears!
My grandmother wasn't allowed to receive "child custody" for my brother, even though there aren't any reason against that and she hasn't any trouble to take care of him.
Also decisions have been made by the "court chief" of the "district court of Villach" (in Carinthia), in which the "custody" about my brother (Manuel D.) was withdrawn from my mother (Karin D.), without informing us about it!
At the same time (on the same day), a guy (who also was there when my mum was brought away) from the "local health authority" (in Villach) took me to visit an urologist because I was having a "testicle tumore" since almost three months now!
After that examination he (the guy from the "loacal health authority") wanted to put me right away to the hospital in Klagenfurt to stay there and make further examinations about my "tescticle tumore".
He wanted to bring me there "at any price" and told me that my stay in hospital is going to be payed!
But I knew that this might be just a trap after what happened to my mother and my brother last time, so I rejected him!
He provoked me by saying that I'm just a "chicken" and that I am just affraid, also that he will come to my burial in three months, but I didn't fall of that and went back home with him!
There I just told him that I want to take care of this problem myself without pressure of authorities, then he left.
In my opinion my mother and my brother should get released right away, to stop this cruel and unnessecary toruture!!!
Beside this our house is going to be "selled by auction" really soon, scheduled on March, 20th 2007!
This decision was made made by the "court chief" of the "district court of Villach" (in Carinthia) because we weren't able to pay the debts for the house, which was made by my uncle's wife (who ruined our house with her kids)!
We've already had a visit on March, 6th 2007 from bailiffs and interested parties (prox. 30 people in total) about the "auction", but only my grandmother is left from the owner of the house, so I didn't have to be there during that time!
We informed ourselves about moving into an apartment but without any success for unknown reasons!
In other words, we aren't allowed to move into an apartment for mysterious reasons, so we will be "homeless" after the house is "sold by auction" and we won't get any money either for it!
To live permanently in Hotels in the future won't be possible because our money would run out pretty soon and we would get delivered to the Austrian Authorities, merciless in a very dangerous way!!!
This could be "the beginning of the end" of our lives, if this tragedy is not going to be stopped really soon!!!
THEREFORE PLEASE ANYONE, HELP US!!!
