curiousity here

ok i looked on wiki and find two propheices only quest
1. fire and pain
2. then and now, here and there

now does it help to have a pre character to get most of these items?
and also has any body done either of these two quests?
curious as a cat is it worth the pre time to do these quests?

I tried to do the fire and pain quest on my monk and it is rather difficult. I dont know if I would consider it worth the time to go through pre though. Also, I am pretty sure you can only get the 2nd quest if you're originally from Prophecies. The first one you can get as long as you have one of the items in you inventory, no matter where you character was started.

Fire and pain isn't proph char only but it is for every1, all u need is give Gwen a red irish flower to active the quest (u could always find them outside Eye outpost, just go along the wall to ur left). Then and now is proph only, Fire and pain is cool with scopion siege and breath of great drarf. The ose focus looks awesome on Gwen so i'm trying to get her a platium wand to go with it ^^

I agree the rose focus is much cooler than Gwen's Flute. Just need to finish the quest now...will have to try it in a siege devourer make it easier.

make sure u have breath of great dwarf on u for release burning in the last part inside buring forrest. I died plenty in there cuz of burning

ok here is another curiousity for you all to figure out. the quest is called
the anvil of dragrimmar
the boss is a level 29 or 30 elementist
and like to know what would counter act diamond mist?
henchies and hero's do not work to well here grrr

I did that quest with henches and heroes. Use Zho and another interupter should be ok. My heroes and henches in that quest/dungion are: Zho, Eve, Lina, Mhenlo, Gwen, Sosuke and Zhed. Gwen is interupter, Sosuke and zhed are fire nukers

I think she has: Cry of frustration, leech signet, power spike, and some other interupt.

Toldya leech signet would help her energy and adds another interrupt, didnt I? :)

:-P i just misread the drain and the gain in chaos storm (never really play mesmer). I always use same heroes and henches everytime i play:
1/Me - warrior tank
2/Sosuke - fire nuker
3/Gwen - interupt jinxer(with backfire and shatter hex)
4/Livia - MM or Zhed -fire nuker (depend on the map that have enuf corpses or not, i do refer livia)
5/Zho - amazing interupter
6/Eve - she has BR for any caster that run low mana
7/Mhenlo
8/Lina
This work fine almost every maps in GWEN beside: shard of orr dungeon(harder than slaver in many opion) and slaver dungeon. there is some other master dungeon i didn't go thru yet so not sure

having gwen skills set right i can see how easy the quest would be then :)!
