HELP DS SKINS

I need everyones help with this one. For about 2 hours I have been all over the internet looking for Nintendo DS Printing paper. For some reason I cannot find any links to these sites only to already made skins. The skins for ds are very expensive and they do not have any nice anime image ones. I really need to find this printing paper so I could make my own. Can anyone out here help me out? Thanks everyone
