raffle tickets broken

ok here is a question
if one can not buy a raffle ticket how am i not allowed to?
i tried purchasing some tickets but this message comes up every time

now i figure if in an officer position i would maybe
but the officer postion is up to dave for e and gw
other then that i think that my purchasing to playing in certain arcade games goes toward the playing of the raffle?

other then that i guess it just grows and i play and spend my zil towards the arcade only purchasing

Ok I have not done anything with the raffle in a while so i`ll look into it.

Ok the raffle is active and run for 2 week intervals, the prize is 2000 zil and each time the raffle draws but there is no winner, another 2000 il gets added onto it. until someone wins.

so every 14 days a new raffle starts.


To Sonja, Unless you have already purchased 1 raffle tickets within the 14 days, you cannot take part in another raffle until the 14days are over, so it is 1 raffle ticket per person per each 14 days.

seemed like before i was an officer for gw and could buy as many tickets as liked to a point. but now it does not allow me to even get a ticket weather in the two week period or not. not worried about purchasing any just sayin that something was wrong.
