Just played the new NPC (the one with the crystal beast deck), and I noticed him using the Green Baboon, king of the forest card. What deck/MP pack is this card from?

Green Baboon will be available for win during Evolution Match on Feb29-March1. U have to obtain 20 stars to obtain this card. Hopefully that helps. Anymore questions feel free to ask.
