Well alot of you out there thought the tag team tournament was a load of crap.. Well let me let you all in on some info..
While konami is not giving any new pack and we`ve been going without anything new for a while.. Here I am trying to keep a few of you interested in the game. by trying new things..
If something new is tried and it dont work... well then it just dont work.. but going to the point where you would curse me out .. well thats not fair as i`m giving away all my rare cards and loads of dp and prizes to everyone.. but instead of a "Thankyou for trying something new"
But I think you should try something else, you curse me out for doing these things for you`ll with my time. Kids like Omega,corey54321, If you dont like something you just say it wont work, where do you get off cursing the guy that is trying to bring a little fun and exitement t to the game. IT is just not right.

I think the concept of a tag team duel is pretty cool, something new for a change. Too bad I didnt get to play. If people just took the time to read over the rules, there wouldnt be so much problems. Anyways, major props to Amp for running the tourney.

I guess some people just can not be satisfied. I say if you don't like it, hey this is America, you're entitled to your opinion. My opinion is, the man went through a lot of time and trouble to put this thing together, if it didn't work out just they way you would have liked.... Oh well let's move on to the next one. Don't ***** and moan and cry like a baby. Like I said this is America and you're are also free to go somewere else, but I highly doubt you will find a better place.
cool

I didn't last that long LOL, but I still think it was fun.
We should do it again sometime and if you don't like it, don't join this time. It's really not that complicated.
Good job Amp! I think it worked out well, but I really do think you should do another one so I can get a little bit of a chance. I drew total crap this time.

that people didn't read the rules ahead of time. There was so much chaos because nobody understood the rules, we spent an hour and a half sorting everything out. I personally thought the tourney was great, and hope that now that the rules are established, future tag team duels will be much smoother. Keep the ideas coming...can't wait for battle city.

I want to say this: I felt there would be a problem with the tourney. Why? Because I have seen (time and time again) people sign for tourneys and get to the room asking "What is banned?" - "What do you mean there is a card fee?"...etc, etc, etc.
PEOPLE - please take the time to read the rules beforehand. If you do not understand something, PM the host(TD) to ask for clarification. That kind of advance preparation HELPS the TD by letting him/her know where they may need to edit the rules, explanation, or whatever. Maybe it just helps you by answering your question - but that, too, helps the TD. A successful, enjoyable tourney starts on time, is fun, and follows a certain set of rules.
TO THE NAGS, COMPLAINERS, AND UNPREPARED DUELISTS I say this:
YOU are the people who could have made the tourney enjoyable for YOU.
If you want to have fun - be prepared, know what YOU are supposed to do - and ALWAYS remember that the TD calls the shots. Remember what your teachers always said in school: Come in prepared, be quiet, be respectful - and listen - you might learn something.
I have participated in other online gaming tournaments (not Yugioh-based) and most have this rule: It is fine for you to come in unprepared for the tourney - not understanding the rules, or not even having bothered to look at them. That kind of competitor simply loses by DQ...
Another BASIC rule to understand is this: If there arises a need to make a quick judgement on the meaning or clarification of a rule - the TD will consider the fairest way to 'define' that rule more fully. Competitors then follow that rule and do not argue. If they do argue - 'CLICK' - "Sorry, you are out of this tournament."
Get real, whiners...do you really think that any TD hosts a tourney so that you can have a terrible time?
--------------------------------------------------------------
OK...dang - I feel better now. :P
------
P.S. - we ALL have some bad days and say some things that we really should not have - AND - it IS okay to contact someone you said something wrong to and say, "sorry"...

Geez, I'm sorry you got a lot of jerks in the tourney. I'm all for as many different types of tourneys as possible. My only issue is that I have such a narrow window when I can be online that I miss most of the offered tourneys.
I wouldn't put much stock in Corey's complaints. He uses a cheat hack for his duels, so he was probably just mad that he couldn't find a tag partner that uses it as well.
He was in open chat the other night chatting with Bajori about the hack. Bajori said he finally deleted the hack from his system because it was too hard to keep updating it after each upgrade. Corey said the updates were easy and offered to teach Bajori how. I wish I had gotten a screenshot of the chat.

WELL, ANYONE THAT DONT LIKE ANY OF MY TOURNAMENTS CAN STAY OUT OF IT.. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE LISTINGS OF THE CHOICE OF DESTINY CONTEST TO THE TAG TEAM TOURNAMENT AND NOT THE BATTLE CITY TOURNAMENT.. QUITE ALOT OF WORK WENT INTO IT.
I TOOK ALOT OF TIME TIME HERE IS THE KEY WORD AND EFFORT IN PUTTING THSES THINGS TOGETHER, SO IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING TO SAY. WELL I DONT REALLY CARE.
MY MELONS ARE BIG AND VERY BIG THEY ARE SO I`LL DO WHAT MY HEART DESIRES FOR MY FRIENDS AND MEMBERS.
I RESPECT A GOOD DUELIST AND A RESPECTED ONE. BUT TO SAY THAT " OH HERE IS ANOTHER TOURNAMENT THAT WONT WORK WITH TO MANY LOOP HOLES, WHERE PLAYERS CAN CHEAT AND HAS TO RELY ON HONESTY", IS JUST NOT RIGHT.. I MEAN WHY NOT SAY WELL " AMPHIBIAN" YOUR CONTEST IS ARE NICE, WITH A GOOD IDEAS AND NICE FORMAT, BUT "I THINK YOU SHOULD ADD THIS OR THAT TO MAKE IT BETTER", IF YOU ARE A GOOD DUELIST AND HAS DONE ALOT OF DUELING, WHY NOT CONTRIBUTE TO MAKE IT BETTER WITH SOME OF YOUR OWN IDEAS, WHY CRITERSIZE?
AND LASTLY SINCE THIS IS THE BATTLECITY TOURNAMENT.. CAN YOU ALL REMEMBER THE RARE HUNTERS.. WELL GUESS WHAT? THEY BROKE THE RULES.
SO IF YOU ALL FELL YOU WANA BREAKE THE RULES THEN FEEL FREE.. BUT JUST SO YOU ALL KNOW. DUELOGS DONT LIE, AND IF A PERSON HAS INDEED CHEATED, THEN I`LL LOOK AT THE DUEL LOGS AND ALLOCATE THE NUMBERS ACCORDINGLY, AND THAT PERSONS NAME WILL BE TAKE OFF THE LIST.
I`M DOING ALL THIS WORK JUST TO SEE PLAYERS HAVE FUN SO PLEASE IF IT DONT WORK CAN I ATLEAST GET A NICE TRY AMPHIBIANBEAST, BUT I`LL WAIT FOR THE NEXT TOURNAMENT, LETS SEE WHAT ELSE YOU COME UP WITH
