Lottery Stinks!!!

Sorry, guys but this new Lottery stinks big time. I've played every week but one. Out of the past 10 Lotterys there has been 0 winners. Did anyone even check to see if this new Lottery works?

I put my 1,500 zil in this week so please don't delete it this week or I'll lose my zil again.

Have you ever tried to win the lottery in real, the odds are very low.

All numbers are drawn at random, even I cannot see the numbers drawn.

Also numbers are between 1 and 100.

You can pick your own numbers when buying a ticket. between 1 - 100

If you want I could lower the number to 1-80 or something just to see if anyone would win.

ok for me i have 10% chance of w.inning half my tickets back :)
and another you would notice a little increase if you won anything shadow paladin! like amp says there is only a certain amount one gets between these drawings each week.

My point is every week I buy 10 tickets so every week I have a 10% chance of winning. I don't really cair that I don't win but I bet other people are playing each week as well. The more peopl that play the more likely a winner will win. EX: If I buy 10 tickets and Sonja buys 10 tickets then that right there mean there is a 20% of a winner thoe we all know more people are playing. The new Lottery has been going on for what now? 7 or 8 weeks now? There should have been at lest one winner by now.

In the real lottery if no one winns the lottery gets bigger and bigger tell somone else does.

You are correct Shadow, the more people play each week increases the chance for someone to win but, that can only happen as long as 1 of you chooses the right number.

For instance: The numbers run between 1 through 100, so if 10 people people choose 10 numbers each 1-10, 10-20, 20-30, 30-40, 40-50 until 100, then there will be a 100% chance that 1 person wil will win because the lottery is only drawing 1 number.

Now if the lottery was going to draw 6 numbers now it would almost be impossible to win because now it would be like the real life lottery lol.

So in actuality it is very likely that someone could win the GP-Lottery every week because you are only playing with the hopes of winning with 1 number.

Well, thats almost my point. But your still alittle off.

What I'm trying to say is that I don't know for a fact how many members here at gamerspride are playing the lottery. But I would say it's fair to say at lest 4 people play each week so thats 40% chance someone will win times 8 or 9 times the lottery has been played. The statisics that someone should have won by now are verry good. My question is has anyone Mods/Admints ever tested this code/program to even see if it even workes?

I'm just saying, if it is found out at a latter date that this lottery is not working and there was %100 of no winners each week everyone that played should get there zil back.

lol true, but it has been tested however keep in mind that you 4 people could play all year long and never win if they dont choose the right number.

Also 4 people playing the lottery does not give a 40% chance unless each one of the 4 people choose 10 numbers each then it will give each person a 10% chance of winning and 40% combined which would be equal to 4% overall.

the winning seem very slim for the past 2 rounds? seems like the only way to increase it is to increase the numbers for the prizes. but that is only my thought nobody else has to see it that way. and 5 times a charm for editing hehe

i coud edit all day long with my posts and change all my wording if i had hours of time to put in :P
