If you create a PVP character instead of PVE, he will start at level 20.

That is how the PVP and GVG battle groups all have all level 20 characters.

You cannot use these characters for adventuring; they are strictly for person to person battles.

well if u got a lv 20 already then theres no point but if u want something different such as if u got w/mo and u want mo/ele otherwise theres no point :)

Well a pvp charcator you cuztimized as you play your roleplaying charactors so it depends. If you have beaten the game and want a new challage go to pvp if you just started or want to unlock more skills, armor, or to buy wepon parts with bathazar faction points go to roleplaying. (dunno if there is a preist in the pvp arena though never made one yet.)

Your account gets 4 characters. I would suggest saving 1 slot for a PVP character for guild vs guild wars.
